About the Author
One of those things that really bug me about authors. Why would you want to write an autobiography or your memoirs? It doesn't make any sense. Unless, of course you're famous. If you want to be a writer it probably means that you were an avid reader at school, and your love for reading developed because none of the other kids wanted to talk to you at breaktime. Ergo, nobody was interested in you back then, why would they be in interested in you now?
The picture on the left is a of completely random person. Apparently people like pictures, so I've put one up - enjoy.

About little bit about me: This is as much as you're going to get. I don't know why you would need to know more, unless of course you're one of those stalker types.
Sorry to disappoint but I'm not a lover of literature. Once upon a time somebody asked me why I didn't read books. I replied, there was nothing inside the average novel that would interest me. I was challenged to write something that would interest me. And so I wrote "Absolution". Since then I've written a thing or two when there's been nothing good on the telly. TV programming has turned to shit - so nowadays I tend to write - a lot.
I'm not a hardcore techniquist, I'm just some guy sitting at a keyboard trying to write some stuff, and constantly reminding myself to be a little more pragmatic and a little less contrite.
I live in London. Well that was fairly obvious, wasn't it. Why would somebody from Rutland want to write Urban Fiction?

A little bit about my writing: I've tried a few things. Taking into account I'm not particularly fond of typical novels you'll probably find my work a little different.
I believe literature to be way behind other forms of media. Back in the eighties, realising it would expand their audience film and television started putting token black characters into films. Well literature isn't quite up to that part yet.
Apparently, because classic stories are about journey in struggle it means than black people are suppose to write about slavery and freedom. But you can only write the same story so many times, right?
Secret writing: I've written many things for many people (usually comedy) including BBC and ITV. There is a certain smug pride that comes from watching the television or listening listening to the radio, knowing that I wrote it here and it eventually it comes out there.
